1) Agreement to Terms
By creating an account and using FamilyCare Hub (FCH), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use FCH.
2) Service description & medical disclaimer
FCH is a consumer web app for family care coordination. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always seek professional medical guidance.
3) Accounts & eligibility
You must be able to form a contract in your country. No direct accounts under 16 (IE/UK) in this beta; a parent/guardian or lawful proxy may operate on a child’s behalf.
4) Care Circles, consent & roles
Care data is shared within a Care Circle using a gating model (Consent → Role → Subscription). Owners manage invitations and access. Explicit consent is required for health modules (e.g., Medications, Wellness, Notes) and can be withdrawn at any time in Settings → Consent.
5) Acceptable use
- No unlawful activity or rights violations.
- No unauthorised access, scraping, or reverse engineering.
- Enter accurate, necessary information; respect others’ privacy.
6) Fees & subscriptions (Beta)
Subscriptions are not available in this beta. Any future paid plans will include clear pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation/refund information before activation.
7) Changes & availability
We may modify or discontinue features. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free service.
8) Liability
FCH is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit liability for foreseeable losses only. This does not affect rights that cannot be limited by law.
9) Governing law
Irish law applies, along with any mandatory consumer protections in your country. Disputes are subject to the Irish courts unless your national law grants another forum.
